Low Impact Netball is fast paced walking netball that does not allow jumping. However it gives your core a mighty good workout.It is perfect for those of you who are want to:
- continue with their netball where it is not so taxing on the body
- learn how to play netball
- play a social sport in a fun and welcoming environment
- rehab from an injury
- keep fit playing a casual sport where you can turn up when you can
- play different netball positions
- meet some awesome people.
Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome.
You can come as an individual, or with friends & whānau.
We will put your into teams upon arrival so there is no need to stress over this.
There is a small charge of $5.
