This workshop is designed to help you understand the causes of low back pain and learn practical strategies to manage and prevent it. Our expert instructors will guide you through exercises and stretches to strengthen your core and improve your posture.
We’ll dive into a movement assessment to get a clearer picture of your unique movement, so we can pinpoint what might be contributing to the pain. From there, Dr. Dan will provide a game plan to address it and get you back to training stronger and more pain free!
