Come join us for a relaxing and rejuvenating Gentle Low Back Tension & Pain Relief Workshop at Pro Evolution Wellness in Vaughan. This in-person workshop is perfect for anyone looking to get relief from their low back pain and become pain free. Niki Watts will guide you through gentle poses and breathing exercises to help you find deep relaxation, release tense muscles & fascia, and how to get rid of low back tension so you can become more mobile and pain free.


No prior yoga experience is necessary - just bring a yoga mat, water and an open mind! Treat yourself to this blissful experience and leave feeling better, refreshed and renewed.


We will also provide yoga mats to those who do not have a yoga mat.


This is for you if:

-you sit at desk all day

-have sedentary life

-have low back tension or pain

-have had a back injury and still feel tension and pain

-slipped disc

Discover how to manage low back pain and tension through breathing, relaxation techniques (mudras), yoga poses and stretches in this workshop so that you can feel better, become pain and tension free, and get back to being more mobile so you can get back to enjoying life again.


In this workshop, you will discover how to:

-strengthen your core and pelvic floor muscles so that you can be in better posture and reduce the tension in your low back

-discover a simple way to manage pain with simple relaxation and pain relief tools (yoga poses, mudras, breathwork, fascia release techniques) to help you manage pain and tension better so that you can live life to the fullest, get back to feeling good in your body, and doing the things you enjoy

-The secret sauce to finally feeling better & more mobile and pain free

-did you know you don't have to just rely only on nsaids and pain relief medications for managing pain? This means that you can incorporate other healing and pain management modalities that can give you more relief so that you can reduce your pain once and for all

In this 1.5 worshop, we will discuss the causes of low back tension, why doing nothing is making it worse, and show you natural healing modalites that help with managing low back pain & tension, so that you can feel better, become pain & tension free and get back to living life to the fullest and enjoying life again.

We will also be doing a 45 minute restorative & gentle yoga practice that incorporates healing & pain relieving modaliteis like mudras (hand yoga), Thai yoga massage, and breathwork that helps with reducing back pain so that you can start feeling better right away.

At the end there will also be a Q & A, so you can get your questions answered.
