Low back pain (LBP) is the single leading cause of disability worldwide and remains one of the most common reasons people seek care. It is also the condition for which the greatest number of individuals may benefit from targeted rehabilitation.

This interactive workshop will explore how low back pain develops, common contributing factors, and the latest evidence-based strategies for effective management. You’ll learn how to confidently support clients experiencing LBP through safe exercise programming, core strengthening, and functional movement retraining. We’ll also discuss key principles of client education and how to recognize when to refer or collaborate with other healthcare professionals for optimal outcomes.

This workshop is open to all personal trainers who want to deepen their understanding of back health, enhance client safety, and expand their scope of practical rehabilitation knowledge.
