Some Event Highlights:

• Spiritual Exploration: Embark on soulful nature walks, open and closing ceremonies, rituals of observance, connect with the five elements, guided meditations to reconnect with the wisdom of the natural world and our planet Earth.
• Energy Sessions: Experience the transformative power of clairessence energy sessions during a group participation where you become a conduit and flow the intention of healing with the group. We will flow this energy of love to the earth. After sunrise greetings we will practice Qi Gong.
• Sound Bath: Relax and rejuvenate with the soothing Solfeggio tones of a healing sound bath. Imagine yourself under the celestial canopy of heavenly bodies, reclined to your preference. You go for a magical ride, let go. Suggested for your comfort, please consider bringing a folding chair, yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or something comfy for the ground.
• Insightful Discussions: Share in open discussions on sustainable living practices. spiritual beliefs and explorations, your own practices, goals for the future, as we adore building community.
• Honoring Earth: We will have a fire ceremony to open, a water ritual as we walk along the path, down by the lake, connection to the elements through Earth, Sunrise contemplations of creation in the newness of the day, all optional and E Ticket rides.
• Community Bonding: Share stories, laughter, and heartfelt conversations around crackling bonfires beneath the Waxing Gibbous Virgo Moon, stargazing, s'mores, and more.

• Camping: Bring your own gear, food, and camping equipment for a soulful outdoor experience. *Admission includes one tent space.
• Tent Rentals | Camping: We will rent it for you and set it up. This ticket option includes *one tent space, one tent, one sleeping bag, one mattress pad set up and ready for your arrival. This equipment bundle is time sensitive with a hard stop 3/30/24 @ 11:00 AM. (there are no options to add or takeaway equipment from this bundle. A little about Earth Day:

Earth Day is an annual event celebrated globally on April 22nd to demonstrate support for environmental protection. It was first celebrated in 1970 and is now coordinated by the Earth Day Network in more than 193 countries. The idea for Earth Day emerged from the growing awareness of environmental issues in the late 1960s, including concerns about pollution, wildlife extinction, and deforestation.

The first Earth Day was a significant moment in history, with millions of people participating in rallies, protests, and educational events to raise awareness about environmental conservation. It helped to catalyze the modern environmental movement, leading to the creation of the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the passage of landmark environmental legislation such as the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and the Endangered Species Act.

Since then, Earth Day has become an annual event focused on promoting environmental awareness and action. Activities vary widely and can include tree planting, community clean-up events, educational programs, climate marches, and advocacy campaigns for sustainable practices.

Each year, Earth Day has a specific theme or focus area, addressing pressing environmental issues such as climate change, plastic pollution, biodiversity loss, renewable energy, and environmental justice. It serves as a reminder of the importance of protecting our planet and inspires individuals, communities, businesses, and governments to take action to create a more sustainable and resilient future.

According to earthday.org, this year's theme is Planet vs. Plastics, calls to advocate for widespread awareness on the health risk of plastics, rapidly phase out all single use plastics, urgently push for a strong UN Treaty on Plastic Pollution, and demand an end to fast fashion. Microplastics have been found inside packaged processed foods, atop Mt. Everest, in women's placentas, and also in the atmosphere.

AmericanRivers.org is a non-profit organization who has spent the last 50 years preserving, restoring our rivers and creating access to drinking water. Dams have important uses such as water supply, flood management, and hydropower, many others, publicly and privately owned dams have reached the end of their usefulness. In a continued effort to more equitably, consider Tribal Nations’ water, fishing, and cultural rights. Focusing incentives on dam removals where Tribal rights have been infringed upon allows us to begin to resolve not only ecological but also cultural impacts. Many, perhaps most, of the more than 90,000 dams in the country are no longer serving the purpose that they were built to provide decades or centuries ago.

Dams are a major cause of species decline in U.S. rivers, from migratory fish like salmon and herring to nonmigratory fish like trout to aquatic species like freshwater mussels. Removing dams is a proven approach to restoring healthy conditions for native river species, with documented results showing increases in fish and other aquatic species populations. For example, populations of herring in the Northeast, smallmouth bass in the Midwest, mussels in the Southeast, and salmon in the West have all increased after dam removals.
