About this Event
Join us for an immersive evening of relaxation and connection as we combine the transformative power of Loving-Kindness Meditation with the soothing vibrations of a Sound Bath, led by meditation teacher Aliz Axmann and sound healing musician Woytek Twardy.
We’ll begin with an exercise to connect with one another, followed by simple, gentle movements to awaken the body. We will then guide you through a Loving-Kindness Meditation leveraging pranayamas, mantras, and guided visualization to help you cultivate greater compassion for yourself and others, along with enhanced presence, calm, and inner peace.
Following the meditation, we’ll guide you through a meditative and restorative Sound Bath using the healing sounds of crystal bowls, didgeridoo, chimes, the Native American flute, and more to create a deeply relaxing experience. The harmonious frequencies will help you unwind, integrate, and recharge, promoting overall health and well-being.
Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this event offers a perfect opportunity to nurture your mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being in a supportive and safe space, guided by deeply compassionate and heart-centered facilitators.
