About this Event
Join Monica as she explains of the importance of feeling love and gratitude in our hearts to benefit our health, our relationships, as well as the responsibility we have as vibrational Beings to bring harmony to our planet. The more we can practice feeling Love, the more Loving we can become. We can direct our energy and our emotions by where we place our attention, and thankfully we have a choice in this. Our attention is our superpower.
After giving some context for this premise, we will practice feeling gratitude and loving awareness with a guided meditation paired with instruments, after which she will guide you with non-verbal soothing sounds for an inner journey.
Bring fluffy things to lay on for maximum comfort, such as blankets, pillows, yoga mat/inflatable camp pad, an optional but suggested eye mask, and a closed water bottle. There are a few extra blankets and pillows available.

Monica’s journey with sound began the moment she struck a singing bowl in 2019, and was immediately captivated by its vibration. The magnetic pull she felt in her heart to follow the sound has taken her on a synchronicstic journey leading her to study with some of the world’s foremost sound facilitators ever since —including Alexandre Tannous, Mitch Nur, Mike Tamburo, and David Shemesh. As her studies and experience deepened, the vibrations of sound led her to explore the subtle energy sciences of Biogeometry and Vibrational Radiesthesia. These studies have enriched her work, enhancing both her understanding of vibrations and its application to her practices as a Sound facilitator. For Monica, this path is one of profound spiritual growth, and she is passionate about sharing the transformative understandings that sound has revealed to her without uttering a single word. Monica has been a full time sound practitioner for over 3 years, offering both group and and private sessions, and is also the Adjunct Senior Instructor for Soundwise School of Harmonic Therapy in Lancaster, Pa, a 6 month Sound Facilitator Training Program. She offers a 5 week Intensive Energetic Awareness Class and other workshops at the school.
