Join us for our fall 6-week series of LoveYourBrain Yoga! Learn accessible yoga and mindfulness strategies that promote resilience and post-traumatic growth following a brain injury. Join Alli, an instructor with lived experience of TBI (traumatic brain injury) and certified facilitator with LoveYourBrain, the leader in research and programming to support yoga and mindfulness for the brain injury community, every Tuesday August 26-September 30 @ 12-1 pm. This course is for anyone with Traumatic or Acquired Brain Injury (including concussion) and their care givers. If there is enough interest in shifting to another time of day to meet the needs of the majority of the group, we are happy to accommodate this request as possible.

This course is offered on a tiered equity pricing model. We ask that you please pay what you can, taking into consideration the work that goes into providing this programming as well as what is most comfortable for you and your family. Full and partial scholarships are granted for individuals in need. We recognize the financial hardship of brain injury and will never turn away participants for lack of financial means.
