We've partnered with one of our local favorite women owned businesses, Daily Comfort by Kristal Skincare, to bring you a nurturing postpartum workshop designed to help moms reconnect with their bodies and prioritize self-care in a supportive, calming space. At Shift Pilates we know the power of creating a village, especially for moms.
Gentle Postpartum Pilates: Restore alignment, release tension, and strengthen your core and pelvic floor with mindful movement tailored for postpartum bodies.
Skincare Ritual and Meditation: using nature's gifts to wash away anxiety and open ourselves up to love, peace and comfort through breath, intentional touch, guided meditation, and the calming ritual of handmade skincare.
This 90 minute workshop is all about focusing on rebuilding strength, restoring balance, and reconnecting with your body and spirit.
