Let's flow through poses, connect with our breath, and embrace self-love through movement. No matter your skill level, this session is all about YOU.
This class is a guided vinyasa class. We will take time connecting with our breath, opening our hearts, and moving intentional vigor.
If you have been feeling stagnant, cold, or coping with the seasonal Winter blues, this class is the perfect remedy. Modifications will be offered as well.

ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Lauren J. Williams is a yoga guide and founder of wellness brand Indie Spirit. She has over a decade of experience who is passionate about social justice, inspiring creativity, and healing. Indie Spirit curates transformational wellness experiences that invite soulful exploration, radical self-care, and elevated community connection.
Williams has spent years practicing yoga instruction in the Detroit community throughout various recreation centers, studios, and college campuses.
