Learn about the importance of lymph health through a lymphatic system overview, DIY lymph activation and bry brushing workshop followed by a lymphatic flow & stretch class.

** Wear comfy/athletic clothes, wear or bring shorts & sports bra/ tank top to fully experience the dry brush workshop & bring a yoga mat if you can! The flow & stretch will be barefoot so wear sandlas if you prefer! Water will be provided as well as a luxe gift bag with all the essentials!
