Guided by clinical psychologist Dr. Amanda Burke, this transformative experience blends therapeutic insight with mindful movement and restorative practices to support you in navigating life with greater ease and emotional clarity.
You’ll be gently led through:
- Breathwork to calm the nervous system and create spaciousness within
- Grief‑informed yoga to honor what you’re carrying and release what no longer serves you
- A healing sound bath led by Victoria Cudjo to soothe the mind, settle the body, and restore energetic balance
- Candlelight meditation to cultivate presence, intuition, and inner peace
