On my retreat we will delve into your blind spots of what holds you back and how to transcend them in mind and body.
It is a very small friendly group so I am able to work with you more personally.
I will be using the principles of inside out coaching, yoga philosophy, yoga therapy, somatics, breath work, meditation, sound healing, fun and lots of laughter.
No experience needed just a desire to get over your past, leave old habits behind and live a life that you love with ease.
