Join Kathleen Layer (RYT-200 and Intuitive Eating & Body Image Coach) for a special 90-minute "Love Your Body Flow." Inspired by Valentine's Day, but instead of focusing the love on someone else, we're giving it back to ourselves. This is an all-levels, slow flow class focused on self-gratitude and appreciation. We'll use this time to celebrate ourselves and our bodies and learn how to move with intention and kindness. This class will also include a powerful meditation and journaling exercise to help you leave feeling rejuvenated and more connected to who you are and the body you have today.
