Most of us have a weird perception of our bodies: some parts are pretty, some are shameful, some need to be emphasized, others hidden.
How come we divide our bodies into areas of good and bad? The most beautiful women on the planet feel ugly and disgusting, and the most gorgeous find ways how to perfect themselves because they're not good enough.
The fact is, we want to change something in ourselves by adjusting the outside world to fit ideas about us. That's a lot of work!
There is a way how to get over your own nagging towards your looks - welcome to the naked work with Jura Glo.
Time to do some honest work, open up and look inside.
Learn how to work with your own mind and body so you can put yourself at peace whenever you want to. Take charge of your attention and align it to your self-image and reality. You change how you perceive yourself when you process the emotional load of ideas you have for yourself in a supportive environment.
HOW?
In this workshop, each of us will stand in front of a mirror naked and talk about what we like and don't like about our bodies. That's simple, yet powerful when done in the therapeutic setting. We are here to hold you and learn from each other.
YOU CHOOSE HOW DEEP YOU DIVE
We will do embodying practices to feel more connected to ourselves and other women in the group. Once connected, bonded, and liberated in our expression, we undress. (For those who are ready to do so; you can as well stop there and support others in their process of revealing themselves). It's an incredibly humbling experience and a true beauty to be part of. I wish you to join us.

The naked work is part of a Radical Honesty 8-day intensive. The groundwork that is done within the workshop to process body image is life-changing and we're going to do some of it in this workshop.

ABOUT THE TRAINER
Jūra Glo is a trauma-informed Radical Honesty trainer, workshop leader, and personal coach in honesty, intimacy, and sexuality. She has led Radical Honesty practice groups since 2014 and found the largest Radical Honesty community in Europe. Currently, she studies developmental and attachment trauma (NARM), thus, her work is sharp in precision and gentle in nature.
Jūra is trained in somatic psychotherapy, individual & couples coaching, Tantra yoga, conscious sensuality, and therapeutic bodywork. Her wide range of professional backgrounds provides a safe and playful environment to experience diverse expressions and ways of being together.
