We will be making the 6” x 10” design in class. This is a machine embroidery design.The blocks are both made in the hoop and are then can be joined with ribbons.

Fabric requirements for the 6” x 10” design are as follows:
Love to Sew Panel
4 fabrics will be needed for top panel, the top border, the spool of thread, background fabric and backing. Small pieces of fabric for the applique - bottom of spool and button.
Ribbon 1 & 2 - no wider than 1” and approx. 14” long, to attach panels together
Ribbon 3 & 4 - no wider than 1” and approx. 6” long, for top of the hanger.
Batting 1 - 8” x 12”
SEWING MACHINE PANEL
6 fabrics will be needed to make the Sewing Machine panel.
Small pieces of fabric for the applique - machine bed, machine button and pin cushion.
Ribbon 1 & 2 - no wider than 1” and approx. 14” long, to attach panels together
Batting 1 - 8” x 12”
The files for this class will need to be purchased from Sweet Pea and installed on a USB thumb drive before the day of class. Attendee is responsible for all items listed in the material list for the specified size, this might include the following items: fabric, thread, stabilizers, zippers, elastic and batting. In class instruction will be provided for the 6”x10” design. This is considered an applique design. Normal tools/notions used in sewing and embroidery are needed as well, such as scissors and paper tape.
