Christmas is all about giving to loved ones, and a great gift to receive is something homemade and even better edible! Master the techniques of tempering chocolate and using moulds, and enjoy a day in the kitchen filled with the aromas of candied fruit and chocolate. You will leave us with a bundle of yumminess and the knowledge and confidence to re-create all you have learnt in your own kitchen where you can pop your Season apron back on, and follow the recipes you will take home with you.
