Join us on Sat, Feb 08, 2025 at 12:00 PM at El Barrio's Artspace for a day of self-love and carehosted by Sana Sana and With Rain & Shine.
This workshop invites our BIPOC community to embrace their feminine energy through the exploration of the five love languages: receiving gifts, acts of service, words of affirmation, physical touch, and quality time.
Within each language we will incorporate healing practices from creative gift-making, guided acts of servitude, spoken affirmations, gentle touch exercises and mindful activities centered on quality time.
Designed to inspire self-love, this intimate event will offer space for reflection, connection, and empowerment in a nurturing environment.
About the organizers:
Sana Sana Market is a pop up providing local artisan goods, holistic programs and seasonal gatherings inspired by culture.
With Rain & Shine is a Peruvian medicine woman and healer focusing on providing holistic care through her products and services.
