About this Event
Join us for an intimate, love-themed harp concert nestled gently between Valentine’s Day and Family Day — a perfect way to celebrate someone you love without the rush or noise of a busy weekend out.
Professional harpist Lexi Hunter-Assing will perform a selection of love-themed pieces on the harp, creating a calm, immersive soundscape while you relax and take in the experience. This is a quiet, still concert designed for listening, settling, and savoring the moment.
The bunnies are invited to attend — though, as always, they’ll decide for themselves. They may quietly observe, wander through, or choose a cozy spot out of sight. No promises, just consent and curiosity.
This adults-only event is ideal for couples, partners, close friends, or anyone wishing to mark the season of love in a thoughtful, unhurried way.
A softer celebration. A slower rhythm. A little music to hold the moment.
Tickets are $30 per person and includes;
- a 60 minute harp concert with Lexi Hunter-Assing
- connection time with the bunnies with a peak at the bunny room, hand feeding opportunities, and a chance to learn about these sweet creatures
- hot chocolate and flower to take the love home with you!
What to Expect
4:00-4:15 Arrival and Settling In
4:15-5:15 Concert featuring Lexi Hunter-Assing
5:15-5:30 Visiting the bunnies and Saying Goodbye
This quiet concert takes place on our farm in our heated, open-concept workshop, softly lit with candlelight for a cozy atmosphere. This event is designed to be quiet, peaceful and perfectly shared with a partner, friend, family member, or someone you love.
We are inviting the bunnies but truthfully, we never know what to expect from them. With our yoga and sound bath events, our farm bunnies are free to move about the space as they choose — but they were super hesitant to take part when we invited them to the harp concert at Christmas. If they do show up, they may nibble treats or hop and flop nearby. After the concert, you’ll be invited to hand-feed the bunnies and spend a few quiet minutes connecting with them outside their bunny room.
Everyone will be invited to take home a flower to carry the love home after.

Our Bunny-Led, Consent-Based Approach
At Blue Dot Acres, respect for animals is at the heart of everything we do. We believe that meaningful connections happen when animals are free to make their own choices. It’s not about picking up or snuggling bunnies, but about inviting them to join us on their own terms.
Why does this matter? Bunnies are prey animals—sensitive, cautious, and deeply aware of their surroundings. When they decide to approach you, it’s not because they were coaxed—it’s because they feel safe. That choice is powerful. It helps us understand that real trust is built, not taken. As humans, we can offer these creatures our patience, presence, and respect for boundaries.
The best way to “make a bunny friend” is by NOT focusing on them or forcing interactions. Loud or unpredictable movements will cause the bunnies to retreat, while stillness and presence invite them closer. If a bunny comes to you, enjoy the moment quietly—some like gentle pats while eating, while others prefer space. A bunny flopping beside you is a sign of deep comfort, a gift we never take for granted.
This approach ensures that the experience stays calm, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone—humans and bunnies alike.

This beauty is Bow. She can be a bit bossy but with voluminous hair like hers, she gets away with it. She enjoys pats, snacks and meeting new people.
Daisy is our most athletic bunny. She likes to be with people but on her own terms.
This is Ringo. We think he is dapper, chill, and charming. He is often one of the first to join the humans. He loves to explore and eat the treats before the other 8 bunnies build up the courage to check things out.
This is Opal. He is a happy guy who likes to be patted. He is usually the first to show up at treat time and also the last to leave. We have been teaching him to put his front paws on your lap if he would like to politely ask for a treat.
