Our practice will be tuned to the growing light of the season, we’ll move with nourishing focus releasing what no longer serves our greater well being. Traditionally at Raven’s Wing we offer this class at the end of the year leaning into Sankalpa, or intention gathering. We acknowledge actions, thoughts and words that are in contrast to our desired intentions – that keep us from our happiness, health or peace – and we work to honor and let these things go.The practice will be steady and sweet, encompassing a session that challenges us to help sharpen our focus. Class is not fast paced, but rather a quiet vigor to help deepen breath and be in the moment without strain. There is plenty of time to melt and relax as well as building energy allowing for ample time to quiet and be. Come as you are and do what you can, there’s opportunity for all to practice wherever you are at.
