About this Event
LOVE has inspired many of the paintings, sculptures and other artworks that fill our museums.
We invite you to see, hear and learn how LOVE is portrayed through Art with a special Friday night FREE tour of the Dallas Museum of Art.
In addition to CInderalla (pictured) we'll discover the lovers, girlfriends, boyfriends, wives, husbands, mistresses, paramours, admirers, suitors, etc. that inspired these artists and their artworks.
The Dallas Museum of Art (DMA) is one of the largest art museums in America, located in the nation's largest arts districts in downtown Dallas.
The museum collection is made up of over 24,000 objects, dating from the third millennium BC to the present day.
Highlights include works by Claude Monet, Vincent van Gogh, Edgar Degas, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Mary Cassatt, Georgia O'Keeffe, Frederic Edwin Church, Henry Ossawa Tanner, Auguste Rodin and more, plus significant collections of Asian, African, Islamic and Indigenous arts.
Please note that this is an in-person event in Dallas, TX, not an online/virtual livestream over Zoom.
