Join us the Thursday before Valentine's Day for a funny yet cathartic celebration of romantic disasters, dating app nightmares, and the beautiful chaos of being single (or wishing you were).
Featuring local favorite comedic storytellers and hosted by the infamous GALgorithm from the Gorge Dating Show.
What to Expect:
This isn't your typical variety show. We're taking you through the complete arc of a doomed relationship in five acts:
The Meet-Cute → Red flags vs. green flags: an interactive audience game. Tell us your icks (and what you’ll overlook for a good time).
The Honeymoon Phase → Hear a story about a first date gone wrong from a local comedic storyteller. (And maybe feel a little bit better about yourself.)
The Cracks Appear → Enjoy a comedy set from a local stand-up performer who will prove that perhaps being single forever is the best thing after all.
The DTR → Be a part of People’s Court to help the audience settle “Am I the A**hole?” dating experiences. Solve relationship disputes as we decide who was right and who was wrong.
The Breakup → OPEN MIC RANT THERAPY! Sign up at the door and roast your exes, read poems from your dating app messages, share the worst date story you have, or share the most depressing/fascinating thing you’ve learned about love languages, attachment, or pop psychology (2-3 min slots).
Interactive games, comedy performances, and audience participation throughout the night. Think Gorge Speakeasy meets Gorge Dating Show: storytelling, laughs, and communal therapy for the romantically jaded.
Food and drinks available at Bargeway Pub all evening.
Come single, come coupled, come however you want — just come ready to laugh at love's absurdity. The only party like this in the Gorge!
This is a ticketed party with a limited amount of seats. Grab your friends who are single, cynical, or down to F around and find out. Seats will sell out.
