Born and raised in Chicago, IL, Katie Todd started studying classical piano when she was 4 years old. Now she's shared the stage with such music luminaries as Sarah McLachlan, Patti LaBelle, Steve Winwood, as Margot And The Nuclear So And So’s. Katie has made 4 full-length original music studio albums and has released her first children’s album called “AMINALs”
Betsy Ade has been the lead singer of Betsy Ade & the Well-Known Strangers (BAWKS) since 2015. Members include, Katie Todd (piano, keyboards, vocals), Joe Adamek (guitars), John Kulas (bass guitar), Scott Fox (percussion) and Ryan Andersen (cello), BAAWKS has released 5 CD’s including a full-length album, several EPs, and is finishing their 2nd full length album “DAWN”. Betsy was a Top 24 Contestant on NBC's "The Voice", where she had the rare opportunity to work with 3 different coaches, including; John Legend, Kelly Clarkson, and Adam Levine. BAWKS toured Scotland & England including several performances in the Tiree Music Festival. Other venues include Mile of Music in Appleton, WI., The Melissa Etheridge Cruise, and Summerfest.
