In 2018, Moodena brought that incredible industry experience to
Tropical Disco Records, developing the label into one of the most influential labels powering
Disco’s current renaissance. Moodena has built an insatiable following along the way for his
releases, with legendary selectors regularly supporting his work including
Dave Lee FKA Joey Negro, Folamour, Danny Krivit, Chez Damier, Louie Vega,
Kenny Dope and Soul Clap to name a few...
Moodena has clocked up more than 25 Traxsource genre No 1’s and 70 +
Top 10’s alongside millions of streams on Spotify.
He was also crowned Traxsource Nu Disco Artist Of The Year two years in a row 2019 and 2020.
His ability to fully connect with the crowd have seen him play everywhere from
Elrow’s Festival in Croatia to Printworks in London to Soho House in Rome and
Istanbul, Curfew Festival in Belgium and Heidegluhen in Berlin, one of the globes
quintessential underground tastemaker clubs.
