2nd Annual Love of Literacy: Reading Is Out of This World!Hosted by the Guardino Elementary School PTO
This special evening is open to Guardino Elementary students and their families, as well as homeschooled Kindergarten–5th grade students within the Thousand Islands Central School District.
Families are invited to explore a fun, space-themed celebration of reading featuring:
👽 Literacy activities hosted by local organizations
📖 Local authors reading excerpts from their books
🚀 An eye-catching “out of this world” hands-on activity
📚 Gently used books for children to take home and keep
📸 A themed photo booth
🍿 Snacks and refreshments including popcorn and juice
This event will take place following the dedication and unveiling of the Mary Zovistoski Reading Room at Guardino Elementary.
