Step into a sacred space where time slows and tenderness leads. Love Notes to Your Inner Child is a nurturing in-person experience designed to help you reconnect with the younger version of yourself, the one who still lives within you, whispering truths, aching for safety, craving love.

Held in the soft support of a silk hammock, you will be guided through a heart-centered meditation to meet and connect with your inner child. Through gentle prompts and intuitive journaling, you will write a love note to them, a message of validation, remembrance, and reparenting. This is a space for deep healing, emotional release, and soul restoration.

Certified by ASHA, she creates safe, heart-centered spaces where clients can reconnect with their younger selves and offer them the love and validation they have always deserved.
