About this Event
Studies show that teen dating violence can begin as young as middle school. Further research proves that prevention programs are effective in increasing relationship safety skills among teens.
“Love Me For Real” is a lighthearted relationship safety class for middle and high school girls. Teens will become more aware of healthy vs. unhealthy friendships and dating as they learn how to safe-guard against abuse (bullying, harassment, cyber stalking, dating violence).
Home-schooled, alternative education students, and public school students are encouraged to attend.
Applicable hand-outs and discussion points will be shared with Parents/Caregivers each week.
