Join us for a fun and mysterious twist on your usual flow with Love, Light & Murder: A Yoga Murder Mystery! We will start with a playful yoga session that ends in a very suspicious savasana… then spend the evening gathering clues, mingling with fellow detectives and trying to solve the case of the killer yogi in our midst!
Fair warning: this night is all about fun, laughter, and a little mystery! Our yoga flow will be lighthearted and occasionally interrupted as the story unfolds, ending in a playful “murder” that kicks off the evening’s mystery. Participants can choose how involved they want to be, whether you're ready to play a full character or just enjoy the twists and turns as a curious bystander, it’s all part of the fun!
Meet your host/instructor Amy:
Amy Stevens believes in the power of creative wellness, presence, play, and connection. With a background in mental health and a passion for the mind-body relationship, Amy strives to create yoga experiences that are more than just movement—they’re moments of healing, insight, and joy.
Her classes weave together gentle yoga, breathwork, mindfulness, and a bit of soulful humor, welcoming students exactly as they are. Whether you’re stepping on the mat for the first time or returning after a long journey, Amy’s warm, trauma-informed approach helps you feel seen, supported, and empowered.
In addition to yoga, Amy is a practicing therapist at Rooted Counseling, where she supports clients in navigating life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. Amy’s work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t have to be heavy—and that even small shifts can spark big transformation.
