About this Event

The nameless heroine of the mono-opera Letters of Love is our contemporary, a young girl who runs away from Paris to the province. Perhaps she was born there. She leaves to heal the wounds from a tragic breaked in love. She rents a room, enters, tries to turn on the light, but there is no electricity, he finds a candle cinder, cleans all, trying to clean a new home. Among the abandoned things, somewhere behind the closet, she finds letters, tied with a black ribbon. Letters written by an unknown woman many years ago. A woman who used to be in a similar situation also lover, was also forced to part, but committed suicide. The white ghost of the mistress appears on the screen as soon as the lines written are in sound. On the seashore to which she died, having gone far, far at low tide, her ghost is still wandering in anticipation of a loved one. Seeking answers to her questions, the modern heroine gradually comes into contact with a ghost. They share common experiences and feelings, although between them not even decades, but centuries ... But the ending of two love stories is different... Suddenly, one knock on the door of the room - and lovely man beloved appears on the threshold. From which our modern heroine tried to run from Paris. He tracked her. Immediately there is light is in the room, and electricity, and everything is fine, and life happily goes on ... ...On the screen is a photo of their "future family album."
