WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
This class aims to demonstrate and teach the techniques required to decorate sugar cookies using royal icing and a variety of decorating techniques.
Students will be given instructions and explanations of the cookie decorating process, as well as basic level of assistance. This class is designed to arm students with a fundamental grasp of the skills required to finish the cookies to a reasonable level, and then extend these skills through further practice. Students will have the opportunity to ask questions and clarify processes that are new at beginner level and take away enough knowledge and practice to continue their learning.
