Join MMA Artist-in-Residence L’Merchie Frazier as she facilitates a quilting bee in response to "Of Salt and Spirit". Intergenerational groups of women have long gathered in quilting groups to forge safe and supportive spaces of exchange. This quilting party will focus on the theme of self-love, as participants contribute a love letter strip to a larger community quilt that will be displayed at the Museum.
