About this Event
Join poet and facilitator Audrey Gidman for an explorative, excavative, and generative evening of figuring out what a love letter is and what it isn’t. Together, we’ll discuss the ways that writing love letters can be a healing, restorative, and even meditative practice in one’s life. We’ll also discuss the ways that writing love letters for ourselves and others can draw in new flavors of community care. Come prepared to be led through a short guided meditation, follow some prompts, write some letters, and feel some feelings. Sometimes people cry at these things.
This workshop is $10-$45 per person sliding scale, which goes directly to our teaching artist. No one turned away for lack of funds!
