Love JoneZ is an intimate, live poetry and music experience inspired by the 1997 classic film Love Jones a night rooted in love, neo-soul, romance, sensuality, and storytelling.
This is a space for lovers, friends, creatives, and community to gather whether you arrive hand-in-hand with your partner or arm in arm with your friends. Love JoneZ is not just about romantic love, but love in all its forms: passion, longing, memory, desire, vulnerability, and truth.
The evening blends:
- Live jazz & neo-soul band sets
- Featured poets and vocalists
- An open mic celebrating community voices
- A curated, candle-lit atmosphere
- Full dinner and dessert by She Imagined Sweets

Love JoneZ is curated and produced by Zuirrae, founder of She Imagined Events a creative event-planning company rooted in storytelling, intimacy, workshops and elevated experiences. With a background in live performances, community engagement, and experiential design, Zuirrae specializes in crafting events that blend artistry with emotional depth.
Through She Imagined Events and her flagship brand She Imagined Sweets located in Montclair, NJ, she has produced immersive shows, cultural gatherings, and collaborative experiences across New Jersey, New York and Miami working with poets, musicians, dancers, and corporate partners alike. Her vision is to create spaces where people don’t just attend events they feel seen, inspired, and connected.
