This 90-minute Valentine’s Day edition Aerial Yoga workshop is designed to feel playful, uplifting, and just a little magical. You’ll move through an upbeat, heart-opening aerial flow set to your favorite love songs, using the hammocks to support, challenge, and inspire you in new ways.
We’ll slow things down at the end with extra time for a gravity-defying Flowt Meditation, allowing you to fully relax, decompress, and soak in that weightless, floating bliss.
