Welcome to Love Is 3.0
Have you joined us before, or will this be your first time stepping into the Love Is experience?
Either way, you’re invited to spend the day with real humans from your local community. People who, like you, are longing for deeper connection, presence and open-hearted relating.
This isn’t a workshop. We’re not here to teach techniques, preach ideas, or sell you anything.
Instead we offer you a space to experience connection – through movement, conversation and play.
We believe everyone carries wisdom. Your life experience is valid, important and welcome here. Through Open Space Technology (a powerful framework that honors collective intelligence), you’ll have the opportunity to offer and explore topics that matter to you.
And in this new edition, we will open up a few spaces throughout the day for participants to step into facilitation – chosen on a lottery basis.

What will I get from this event?
This is a day of self-inquiry and discovery, and everybody will get something different, depending on where we are at and the intention for joining. We may experience:
- deeper self-awareness
- a renewed sense of playfulness and joy
- renewed connection with self
- meaningful connections with others
- moving in the world with an open-heart and coming from love
- awareness that you are the creator of the love you cultivate within
- prioritising the connection to love from within, allowing our words and actions to ripple outwards from this space
- tools for integration and reconnecting to the inner love during inevitable breakdowns
We will offer possibilities, inspiration and guidance for “What’s next” in this journey of Love.
This includes an “Offerings Table.” All participants and facilitators are welcome to place brochures, flyers, cards or small tokens here. Anything that reflects an offering of love and connection. This is a space to share your gifts, services, or events with one another, as we walk each other home to the ever-present love within.

MEET THE PRESENTERS
Free is a Zenthai Shiatsu therapist, offering Life Coaching, Relationship Support and Couple’s Treatments alongside Kahu, his beloved.
Their Life Coaching & Relating-ship Support sessions offer a safe space to be heard – for ‘hearticulation’ to take place (your heart to speak) and for realisations and resolutions to be experienced by yourself and within your partnership.

Cara Szellemes is the founder of 180Selfcare, a platform designed to empower you to make small but significant lifestyle changes through practicing radical self-care.
As part of her commitment to empowering more people to practice radical self-care, Cara has begun a Master’s in Counselling and started a somatic counselling and self-care coaching practice in the Glass House Mountains.
Cara has also recently created Soul Spa Days to help people reconnect with themselves in times of burnout and transition.

Paul, a Sunshine Coast based bodyworker and facilitator, is deeply passionate about human connection and the power of physical touch.
Drawing on a variety of movement and communication practices, he holds space in both 1 on 1 bodywork sessions and group workshops.
In menswork, he supports men to move from their head into their feeling body and offers a space to speak of the things that are often deemed taboo.

Arika Yaeli is passionate about creating spaces for community to come together, go beyond the mind and reconnect with the ever-present love within. She believes that global transformation begins within and that our most powerful offering is our own transformation.
For much of her life she focused on transforming her own feelings of disconnection. Through this process, she discovered that true love and fulfilment aren’t found in personal transformation alone, but in collective growth. Now, with her 3 home-educated sons becoming independent, Arika is focusing on facilitating and participating in community transformation.
“Love Is…” emerged from Arika’s observation that many seek love externally. Inspired by her own tendencies to look “out there,” Arika envisioned a space for the community to explore the source of love with curiosity, wonder, an open-mind and an open-heart. A space where leadership is shared and every voice matters.

Event Terms and Conditions
The event will start promptly at 10 am. Please arrive at least 15 minutes ahead of time to settle in.
You are fully responsible for your participation and your safety throughout the day. The onus is on you to communicate any specific needs you might have such as food allergies, sensitivities or injuries. By purchasing a ticket, you are agreeing to indemnify the organisers against any accident or injury that may occur as a result of your participation (as unlikely as that is).
By purchasing a ticket you agree to be respectful of other participants, the space and the facilitators and maintain everyone’s confidentiality.
Should you be unable to attend, you can cancel and obtain a refund up until a week prior to the event. Should you cancel after that period, you can transfer your ticket to another one-day event.
The event is open to any person 18+. All identities and abilities are welcome.
