On Friday, September 12th, from 6:00 to 9:00 PM, we’ll have an immersive evening of restoration and resonance at Zen Vitality.
At 6 PM we begin with one hour and 20 minutes of therapies to reset your body and soothe your nervous system:
All Guests will have option of cold plunge & sauna and in addition to 2 of these 3 therapies:

Then we step into stillness at 7:30 PM.
Stacee Foxx of @loveinvibration will guide you through a sacred sound healing experience using crystal bowls, gongs, and grounding frequencies that invite you home to yourself. Softening the heart, easing the mind, and restoring your natural balance. 🌿
When we align with the frequency of love, the body remembers how to heal. 🧘
