Join us for this 7 week series to deepen your relationship with sound as a means for self-realization and meditation. We’ll be exploring many different approaches to soundbaths including working with the chakras, rhythm-based and very simplistic repetition based approaches as the effects of pure and angelic tones vs. dark, moody and discordant sounds and how they all positively address our minds, emotions and physical and energetic bodies.
What to Bring: A yoga mat, a water bottle, a journal and a pen
