This multi-course menu is rooted in comfort and familiarity — the dishes you think you know — then quietly (and sometimes loudly) reimagined. Classic techniques and nostalgic formats are layered with global flavors, unexpected pairings, and a little irreverence, creating a progression that feels playful, bold, and slightly unhinged in the best way.
Each course builds on the last, weaving French, Korean, South Asian, Southeast Asian, and modern American influences into a menu that doesn’t take itself too seriously — but takes flavor very seriously. It’s meant to be shared, talked about, and remembered. A little classic, a little chaotic, and a ridiculous journey from start to finish.
