Join us for an evening of deep inner exploration through Conscious Connected Breathwork—a powerful, guided breathing technique that opens the door to expanded self-awareness, emotional release, and profound inner connection.

In this circle, we’ll explore the theme Love Deeper:

Love as presence.

Love as courage.

Love as the willingness to meet yourself honestly and tenderly.

Through the breath, you are invited to soften, listen, and open to the places within you that are asking for attention and healing.

What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a simple yet transformative rhythmic breathing pattern that supports you in accessing:

• Deeper states of self-awareness

• Unconscious or unresolved material

• Non-ordinary states of consciousness

• Stuck energy or emotions held in the body

As the breath flows in a continuous loop, the mind quiets, the body awakens, and old emotional imprints—often stored beneath the surface—can begin to move and release. Many participants describe the experience as clarifying, cathartic, expansive, and deeply loving.

Ivy Overby is a certified and trauma-informed Integrative Breathwork Facilitator, 200 RYT Radiant Body Yoga teacher, and trained in Kundalini Rebirthing (100 hr). She is also certified in Ancestral Healing (60 hr, with Thomas Hübl) and Sylvotherapy (Japanese forest bathing).

With over 32 years as a conscious business owner, hairdresser, and natural skincare formulator, Ivy brings creativity, presence, and embodied wisdom into all she does. She empowers others through Embodied Self-Leadership, the path of 12-step recovery, and practices of collective consciousness.

A devoted Kriyavan and Kundalini yoga practitioner, Ivy is passionate about using the power of breath and movement to connect deeply with the energetic body.

A Colorado native, she treasures her 2 cats, 2 kids, and husband, and loves traveling, soaking in natural hot springs, and spending time in the mountains.
