Love by Design Day-Retreat

This is a day-retreat designed with YOU in mind -- built on a system that's literally your own unique energetic blueprint. 

Imagine: a full day of Human Design insights, neuroscience breakthroughs (we’ve got the body mapping software used in Dr. Joe Dispenza’s and the late Dr. Timothy Gerhart’s work – NBD), intuitive art, and much more – all tailored to help you see yourself on a whole new level. 

Schedule

9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Arrival + Frequency Recording
Kick off the day with a personalized session with AO Scanner by one of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s right hand women and get a frequency recording based on your body’s energy. This frequency will raise your vibe, and you’ll listen to it while painting later for maximum transformation. Cue the magic.
9:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Breakfast + Mingling
Break the ice over a gorgeous continental breakfast made by a celebrity chef. Smoothie bowls, herbal teas, and pastries to fuel your glow-up. (This technically gives people an hour to get here before it officially starts). 
10:00 AM – 10:15 AM: Welcome + Introduction
We’ll introduce you to the day’s magic and set powerful intentions to guide your transformation.
10:20 AM – 11:00 AM: Heart Activation 
Experience a transformative session of reiki energy healing and heart-centered visualization to release emotional blocks and reconnect with your true self. Through breathwork and guided energy work, you’ll open your heart to unconditional love and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply aligned.

11:00 PM – 12:00 PM: NLP Empowerment Exercises
Let’s get into some serious mindset shifts. Using NLP techniques like anchoring and the Swish method, you’ll overcome limiting beliefs and rewire your mind for self-love. This is where the magic happens—where you start seeing yourself as MORE THAN ENOUGH.

12:00 PM – 12:45 PM: Breakout Groups (By Energy Type)
Join fellow Manifestors, Generators, Projectors, or Reflectors in small groups and talk about how your energy type impacts your love life. You’ll share experiences, gain insights, and get tips on how to better align with your unique energy. 
12:50 PM –1:45PM: Lunch Break + Tarot
Refuel with a delicious, light lunch and snacks. Want to sit down with a tarot reader and learn more about your relationships? We’ve got you covered.

1:50 AM – 2:30 PM: Human Design Energy Painting Session
Dive deep into your fears—then reframe and release them with intuitive energy painting. You’ll be amazed at how this creative process can clear emotional blocks and make space for new love. It’s not just art—it’s emotional freedom!
2:30 PM – 3:00 PM: Closing Circle (w/ Sound Bath + Reiki) + Integration
Close the day with a final circle of empowerment. Share your breakthroughs, set new intentions, and speak your self-love mantra into existence.
