Next activity is a powerful deep breathing session with Madhavi who is a medical doctor and certified breathing therapy specialist. She will leave you astonished after her facilitated powerful deep breathing session. She will not only show you how to connect to your heart and will actually open an emotional rollercoaster in you, but will safely guide you to restoring balance to your body and mind which you possibly haven't even touched before. If you have never tried or, on the contrary, have even done many breathing sessions - this one you must experience and feel yourself.
Manjari Lila - a jazz, alternative, and pop music performer with extensive stage experience, also a songwriter who released her own songs album "The Garden Beyond" last year. She's also a practitioner and educator of voice opening, merging academic knowledge with Vedic wisdom, Bhakti yoga, and mantra melodies. This bright, joyful and angelic singer will bless you with her presence in two of the event's sessions: you'll be enchanted by her melodies during the deep breathing session and uplifted by her soulful mantras alongside of her companion Bhakti Madhuri who is also is a gifted vocalist and a master of the Indian drum - the mrdanga.
