Love at First Sweat - A Valentine Charity Event

This special Valentine’s Day event features two back-to-back workouts designed to make you feel good while giving back. You’re welcome to join one session or stay for both — your registration covers the entire event.

We’ll kick things off with Cardio Dance from 10:00–11:00 AM, a fun, upbeat session focused on movement, energy, and enjoyment. From 11:00 AM–12:00 PM, we’ll transition into a Bootcamp-style workout centered on strength, conditioning, and functional movement.

This event is open to all fitness levels. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and be part of a supportive, welcoming space. Whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s Day solo, with friends, or as a couple, this is a chance to move with intention and support a meaningful cause.
