This special Valentine-themed class invites you to treat yourself to connection, comfort, and a little kitten therapy. Snuggle, stretch, breathe, and maybe even meet your furry soulmate. All kittens and cats are available for adoption and every registration supports the fostering and care of kittens through **Rad Cat Inc.**, a trap/neuter/release mission doing important work in our community.
The class is led by Michele Steves, certified Yin Yoga instructor and official kitten foster mom, and designed to help your nervous system soften while your heart expands.
