Celebrate the season of love with a sweet and creative evening at The Mix. Join Chef Autumn LeAnn, CSCC alumna and pastry artist, for a 3-hour hands-on Valentine’s Day Cookie Decorating Class designed for anyone who loves beautiful desserts and a fun night out.
In this interactive workshop, you’ll decorate delicate heart-shaped cookies using classic royal icing techniques. Chef Autumn will guide you step-by-step through piping, flooding, color blending, and embellishing, helping you design cookies that are as stunning as they are delicious.
You’ll leave with a box of your own edible works of art—perfect for gifting or sharing with someone special.
A light snack and beverage will be provided during class, so you can relax, create, and enjoy the experience.
