Before one can truly love or be loved, they must first love themselves. Ladies of Futurity is an organization that is committed to advocating for girls to love themselves and live a healthy lifestyle. Our efforts are directed towards encouraging both long and short term lifestyle changes with the hope that teen girls will view health as a fundamental element to being a healthy woman.

The "LOVE "Thyself" Symposium" is designed to promote healthy, positive behaviors in today's teen girl. The Symposium will provide girls with reliable, useful information on the health issues they will face as they become young women and tips on living a healthy and fit lifestyle.

Girls currently in 8th -12th grade, join us at the "LOVE "Thyself" Symposium" where you will learn vital information to aid you in the care and keeping of you. The Symposiun includes:

Free Admission
Fun, Games, Entertainment, Door Prizes, etc.
Free Lunch
Earn 15 Community Service Hours
