Love & Laughter at Coco's House-Tai Chi QiGong experience followed by a mindful Meditation , and sound bath at our monthly Potluck
Come join us for a magical experience at Coco's House where we will dive into a fun activity.
Deborah JOYa leads Tai Chi QiGong, and a mindful meditation , healing movement that balances mind, body, and energy (Chi). Her intuited guidance incorporates other healing modalities, encourages imagination, and helps us connect to our bodies and earth, helps us deepen our mind-body-energy connection.
Get ready to laugh, love, and lets have some fun and learn something new.
Bring a yoga mat, wear comfy clothes, and come with an open heart.
Just a gathering of wonderful humans to come together for conversation, music, energetic movement and food. Tai Chi QiGing and meditation will be facilitated by our lovely Deborah JOYa from Gold Canyon.
After the event we will be eating together and have lots of laughter. This is a Potluck so please bring a dish to share.
This is a beautiful outdoor space with natural, uneven ground and areas covered in grass. We encourage you to dress comfortably for the weather.
