Just a gathering of wonderful humans to come together for conversation, music, energetic movement and food. Going with the flow. Bring a yoga mat, wear comfy clothes, and come with an open heart.
Light Yoga, Sound Healing & Breathwork will be offered this event by yours truly , Daniel and Nate.
We will be eating together and have lots of laughter. Bring a dish, paper plates , utensils or anything you want to bring.

This is a beautiful outdoor space with natural, uneven ground and areas covered in grass. We encourage you to dress comfortably for the weather.
