About the Movie: Cher Horowitz (Alicia Silverstone) is the Queen of Beverly Hills high school. She has a computer that picks out her outfits, a dad who litigates for fun, and a closet full of plaid. But when she decides to use her popularity for good by giving the hopelessly uncool Tai (Brittany Murphy) a makeover, she realizes she is totally clueless about what she actually wants.
It’s the movie that invented the modern teen lexicon. It gave us Paul Rudd as the dreamiest ex-stepbrother in history, the harshest driving test ever filmed, and the realization that searching for meaning is just as important as searching for your white collarless Fred Segal shirt.
