Tibetan Buddhist Philosophy
The one and only goal of the Teachings of Buddhist Philosophy is Happiness. We all look to have more well-being and confort in our life. Buddhist Teachings explain that real happiness stems from inside ourselves. We all have the potential and the capacity to be happy. The teachings of Buddhist Wisdom are wonderful tools that can help us to achieve more and more inner well-being.
We can easily confuse Love and Attachment in our lives. Teachings from the Buddhist Psychology establish a clear distinction between these 2. Welcome for a talk with our International Teacher Lama Samten, open to all, to better understand how Love can be expanded to increase our happiness, if we can see and release the entanglements of attachment.
