We are turning our handsome men's store into a restaurant for a cozy night of dining.
Enjoy a cozy night of dining right here in Lansing, as we turn our Birch Rak Clothier men's store into a restaurant for the night. Indulge in a stunning five-course menu created and prepared by our culinary instructor Chef Jasmine Hughes.

THE MENU
inspired equally by the formulaic and indescribable aspects of love
origin: pita, pickled raisin, jajeek, smoked honey
sulfur: braised onion, leek oil, consommé, charred scallion, ras el hanout, chive aioli
mercury: mussels, poulenta, caramelized fennel, saffron-tomato broth, pernod, bay laurel smoke
salt: leg of lamb, yellow carrot, olive, tangerine butter, date mostarda, pine nuts
magnum opus: dark chocolate olive oil ice cream, tahini caramel, marshmallow root, sesame brittle, rose, pistachio cream
